Review of Paul James Blinds. We had our new dining room blackout roller blinds from Paul James blinds fitted in September. Paul: Poor Paul actually came out to our house a total of three times as we kept prevaricating and couldn't make up our minds what we wanted! Every time he came he was friendly, patient and helpful. Dawn: Every time I spoke to Dawn on the phone she was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Andy the fitter: Extremely friendly, efficient and professional.
